Make-a-Bowl Pottery Class

In this pottery class, you'll be able to make a functional masterpiece! Create a bowl with hands-on help from our resident potter, Catherine. No experience necessary! This is a shorter version of our Introductory Pottery Workshop, and we guarantee a finished product!

*PLEASE READ*

-This class is not meant for children under the age of 10. If you sign up your child, and they do not meet the age requirement, they will be unable to participate in the class and no refund will be provided. No exceptions.

-If you have fingernails that extend past the tips of your fingers, using the pottery wheel will be difficult. It is reccommended that you trim down your nails and have false nails removed prior to class.

-The ability for a finished piece of pottery to be fired is determined by the instructor, this means you may not end the class with any fire-able work. In this instance, you will be compensated with a handmade bowl of similar dimensions and color to the one you attempted to make. No refunds will be provided for work that cannot be fired or work that breaks while firing.

-Clay is very drying and some people find it irritating to the skin. If you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, we reccommend bringing a few pairs of gloves (medical latex or similar). 

For this class to take place as scheduled, we must have at least 2 participants. If we have not reached the minimum by 48 hours before the start time, the class will be cancelled and any ticket holders will be refunded in full.
